šŸ“‹ Description

• Carry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance of Boxbar equipment and draught dispense systems across customer locations in the South • Complete system inspections and identify potential faults, wear or reliability issues • Service and maintain dispense equipment, cooling systems, pumps, gas systems, pipework and associated components • Replace worn or defective components and maintain high-quality drinks dispensing from keg to tap • Respond to technical faults and customer service requirements across the region • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, cooling and dispense-related problems and carry out safe, efficient repairs • Test equipment after repairs and escalate complex or recurring issues • Organise service work, plan journeys and manage van stock, tools and equipment • Represent Boxbar professionally at customer sites and explain equipment operation, cleaning and care • Support installations, equipment connections, commissioning, system testing and site surveys • Provide technical support at stadiums, arenas, festivals and other live events • Complete service records, job sheets, technical documentation, risk assessments and site documentation • Follow health and safety procedures and venue-specific operational requirements • Attend Wakefield HQ occasionally for training, meetings, equipment or parts collection and technical activities • Share field feedback and identify improvements to equipment reliability, servicing procedures, installation methods and troubleshooting guidance

šŸŽÆ Requirements

• Previous experience in field service, maintenance, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, beverage equipment or a similar technical environment • Practical experience servicing, maintaining, installing or repairing equipment • Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools • Good fault-finding and problem-solving capability • Ability to work independently and manage field-based assignments • Ability to follow technical instructions, diagrams, schematics or service procedures • Good attention to detail and commitment to completing work properly • Confidence communicating directly with customers and site teams • Comfortable using mobile technology or service-management systems to complete job records • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the South of England and occasionally elsewhere in the UK • Full UK driving licence • Knowledge of keg-to-tap systems, beer and beverage lines, cooling equipment, pumps, dispense components, gas systems, regulators, cellar equipment, cleaning and drinks-quality procedures, and draught dispense fault diagnosis is highly desirable • Product-specific technical training and support will be provided • Relevant mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration or technical qualifications are beneficial • Willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours when customer or event requirements demand it
