📋 Description

• Design, refine, and implement business or technical processes using structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, or equivalent). • Develop clear and comprehensive documentation to guide internal and external end users, particularly targeting junior IT audiences. • Measure and report on process success metrics to evaluate performance, efficiency, and impact. • Collaborate with program managers, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams to align documentation and process design with strategic goals. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance operational effectiveness. • Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all deliverables. • Participate in recurring status meetings and stakeholder updates, with occasional after-hours calls (approximately once per month).

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in process design and improvement using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or equivalent. • 10+ years of experience creating and maintaining end-user documentation for IT or technical operations teams, with an emphasis on clarity and accessibility for junior audiences. • 10+ years of experience in success measurement, performance tracking, and reporting on process or program effectiveness. • Strong written communication skills with attention to structure, tone, and consistency. • Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining high output quality. • Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
