📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, AI tools) tailored to K–12 needs. • Deliver product demos, workshops, and proofs of concept that clearly show value and align to school district priorities. • Partner with account teams to develop strategy, support sales cycles, and influence decision makers with strong technical and business insights. • Translate customer requirements into actionable solution architectures, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and alignment with best practices. • Guide customers through implementation readiness, including data needs, integration points, security considerations, and change impact. • Advise on adoption and ROI, helping districts understand how Business Applications support operational efficiency, student outcomes, and modernization initiatives. • Stay current on platform updates and AI capabilities, positioning new features in a way that resonates with K–12 environments. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams, sharing customer feedback to shape roadmap and improve solution fit.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or similar business systems roles. • 5+ years of experience with order fulfillment processes or supply chain execution. • 5+ years of advanced Excel experience for analysis, reporting, and data validation. • 5+ years of project management experience, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. • Experience performing data analysis, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations. • Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and quickly learn evolving processes or systems. • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable tasks. • Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders. • Ability to troubleshoot operational or system issues and support complex business processes.
