📋 Description

• Own practice revenue, margin, and growth • Build the annual plan and manage the pipeline • Contribute directly to bookings through relationships and pursuits • Lead client assessments, roadmaps, platform selections, and process transformations • Work across finance, supply chain, procurement, HCM, and reporting • Configure, prototype, and validate solutions before making recommendations • Develop new service definitions, delivery methods, accelerators, playbooks, and reusable assets • Improve existing market offerings • Create points of view, frameworks, client briefings, webinars, and enablement materials • Monitor platform roadmaps, vendor consolidation, pricing shifts, alliance dynamics, and AI developments • Partner with delivery, alliances, and business development teams • Grow a team as demand increases

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years across enterprise applications and business process consulting, including experience owning revenue or a book of business • Industry expertise in one or more sectors served • Knowledge across the enterprise platform landscape, including NetSuite and Salesforce • Ability to guide platform selections, pressure-test roadmaps, and hold vendors accountable • Fluency in applied AI and its impact on enterprise technology consulting • Business-process-first approach with technical credibility • Ability to facilitate design sessions and create working prototypes • Experience growing a practice or offering from early traction to repeatable scale • Comfortable with both business pursuits and delivery • Strong writing and presentation skills • A degree in business, information technology, accounting, or a related field is preferred • MBA, CPA, or relevant platform certification is a plus
