📋 Description

• Plan and carry out technical surveillance audits across certified sprinkler contractors • Review system designs and verify compliance through detailed assessments • Conduct site inspections to ensure installations meet required standards • Record audit findings accurately and produce high-quality reports • Review and assess responses to any non-conformances within agreed timeframes • Support certification decisions by recommending approvals, additional audits, or suspensions where needed • Represent the business professionally when engaging with clients and stakeholders • Contribute to team activities, including audit support, service improvements, and new customer development

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience within the commercial sprinkler industry (design, installation, service, or management) • In-depth knowledge of LPC Sprinkler Rules and relevant sprinkler standards • Good technical understanding of sprinkler systems and associated equipment • Awareness of residential and domestic sprinkler applications • LPCB or BAFSA sprinkler qualifications (or willingness to work towards them) • Excellent attention to detail and report-writing ability • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) • Well-organised, methodical, and able to manage your own workload effectively • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships • Able to work independently and as part of a wider team • Willingness to travel as required.
