📋 Description

• Breach Secure Now (BSN) is seeking a high-impact Director of Acquisition Sales to lead and grow our Net New business function. • This role oversees both Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), driving pipeline generation, sales execution, and new revenue growth. • As a key member of the sales leadership team, you’ll shape strategy, scale processes, and develop a high-performing team focused on acquiring new MSP partners. • Own and drive the entire acquisition funnel — from top-of-funnel outreach to closed/won deals. • Lead and develop the SDR and AE teams, with a focus on coaching, hiring, and performance management. • Partner with Marketing and Growth Sales to align go-to-market strategies, campaign execution, and lead handoffs. • Optimize sales processes using data-driven insights to improve pipeline conversion, forecasting accuracy, and team efficiency. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Enablement to support scale and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 2+ years in sales leadership (SDRs, AEs, or full-cycle roles) • Proven success meeting or exceeding net new sales goals in a fast-paced environment • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities • Skilled in pipeline management, outbound prospecting, and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo) • Experience selling to MSPs is a strong plus
