📋 Description

• Ensure quality and reliability of software through thorough testing and analysis • Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to identify testing requirements • Analyze functional requirements and create detailed test plans and scenarios • Perform manual and automated testing across SaaS applications • Document defects and issues and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution • Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on quality and testing perspectives • Monitor and report on testing progress and results to stakeholders • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably within SaaS • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman) • Ability to write clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
