📋 Description

• Own a core product domain end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes • Define and champion the product roadmap with the VP of Product • Lead discovery with merchants, PSPs, payments teams and finance teams • Identify customer personas and payment problems to solve • Produce prototypes using vibe coding for requirements and stakeholder demonstrations • Research target customers, market trends and competitive intelligence with the Marketing team • Define success metrics and focus on product outcomes • Partner with Product Owners to turn requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria • Review and triage enhancement requests and govern the backlog • Equip the onboarding team with product context for seamless merchant go-lives • Contribute to the maturity of the wider product function

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success as a Senior Product Manager in the payments industry • Track record of owning the full product lifecycle from high-level strategy through delivery • Deep knowledge of the payments landscape • Substantial experience navigating complex merchant domains and requirements • Advanced understanding of merchant workflows • Familiarity with payment orchestration, gateway infrastructure and/or e-commerce technology platforms • Ability to define product vision and lead roadmap prioritisation • Ability to communicate product rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Track record of integrating AI into professional work to drive customer outcomes • Experience leveraging AI for innovative prototyping, product enhancement and/or workflow streamlining • Strong command of Agile methodologies • Experience using Jira and Confluence • Ability to manage competing stakeholder demands with confidence, diplomacy, and clear-headed reasoning • Commercial acumen • Background in iGaming, gambling, or sports betting is nice to have • Experience working in remote or distributed teams is nice to have
