📋 Description

• Interact with stakeholders to identify needs, deliverables, reports, dashboards, opportunities, and gaps; solve data problems to ensure a quality, highly efficient outcome to produce views of results, performance, and trends • Understand key data and processes, and complete analysis of customers and product portfolios for both Enterprise and Wholesale • Implement methods and procedures for monitoring projects and/or results to inform management • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data analytics, and identify opportunities to leverage these trends to drive business value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration) required; Master’s degree preferred • 10+ years experience in a data analytics or reporting role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Ability to create interactive graphics and multimedia presentations for various regional activities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and SalesForce with experience in SQL and other data querying languages • Expertise in advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and graphing to streamline business processes
