📋 Description
• Produce and maintain Customer MI and Account Management reporting across the business • Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for commercial decision-making • Provide Account Management teams with reporting, analysis and insights on customer performance, trends and opportunities • Deliver accurate reporting within agreed timescales • Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, data issues and dashboard performance concerns • Extract, validate and analyse data from multiple internal systems and databases • Use SQL and other data tools to acquire and prepare data for reporting • Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy • Create visualisations and presentations communicating key business metrics to stakeholders • Understand business users' reporting requirements and recommend Power BI solutions • Support reporting automation and process improvement initiatives • Assist with ad-hoc analysis, customer reviews, account performance reviews and commercial projects • Document reporting processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing • Deliver customer performance analysis and executive-level reporting packs • Identify and resolve reporting issues and data quality concerns • Deliver actionable insights supporting customer retention, growth and commercial performance • Create reporting documentation and process guides • Support stakeholders with reporting and analytical requests throughout the contract period
🎯 Requirements
• Experience producing management information (MI) and business performance reporting • Experience using Power BI to create and maintain dashboards and reports • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret and present data effectively • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources • Excellent communication skills, including explaining findings to non-technical stakeholders • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications • Desirable: SQL querying and database experience • Desirable: Experience supporting Account Management, Commercial, Sales or Customer Success functions • Desirable: Knowledge of Power Query and DAX • Desirable: Experience within a customer-focused reporting environment • Desirable: Understanding of KPI development and performance measurement frameworks • Strong customer and commercial awareness • Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reports and insights • Proactive approach to identifying trends, risks and opportunities • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset • Professional, collaborative and adaptable approach • Fixed-term contract priorities and responsibilities may evolve with business requirements
