📋 Description

• Lead and support the annual budgeting cycle, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning across European business units • Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing, and revenue analysis across multiple markets • Partner with operational and commercial leaders across Europe to analyse trends in revenue, costs, margins, and KPIs • Deliver clear and insightful monthly and quarterly financial reporting to regional and senior leadership • Identify risks and opportunities across the European portfolio, providing recommendations to improve financial performance • Support strategic planning through scenario modelling and profitability analysis at a regional level • Drive continuous improvement and automation across FP&A processes and reporting • Collaborate closely with accounting to ensure accurate reporting and insightful variance analysis • Mentor and develop FP&A analysts, fostering a high-performing finance team • Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance, and corporate policies across multiple jurisdictions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 8+ years’ experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/planning tools (e.g., Oracle) • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across multiple countries • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data • Experience working in an international or multi-country environment • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Experience in multi-site environments (e.g., logistics, transport, cash management, or security services) is advantageous • Experience working in a matrix organisation is a plus
