🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field • 8+ years of experience leading complex SaaS implementation projects • 3+ years of experience leading core systems transformations • 3+ years of hands-on experience working in the P&C space • 2+ years of experience working at a scaling startup • Proven track record of managing customer relationships, setting expectations, and persuading customer engagement • Proven ability to stay organized while adapting quickly to changing priorities • Demonstrated experience managing high-pressure situations while maintaining a professional and solutions-focused approach • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience working with industry standard project management platforms and tooling
