📋 Description

• Define regional strategy & execution for vKS adoption • Represent Broadcom in strategic accounts • Guide solution design across application, infrastructure, and DevOps domains • Partner with regional account executives for sales & delivery support • Capture customer insights to influence vKS and VCF product direction • Build, mentor, and inspire a regional team of Application Engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise application engineering • 5+ years in cloud-native/Kubernetes platforms • Strong Kubernetes, DevOps, CI/CD, Open Source tools background • Rich experience working with Platform teams • CNCF certifications • Proven record of leading technical teams • Strong executive presence • Deep experience scaling Kubernetes, containers, or modern application platforms • Technical expertise in Kubernetes, VCF, containers, and leading platforms • Ability to understand and write YAML scripts • Highly desirable: Experience with middleware, databases, API management, or application frameworks
