📋 Description

• Execute onsite installation of Bruker AXS equipment • Provide training to customers on hardware, software, and maintenance • Diagnose and resolve issues through remote and onsite support • Collaborate with service management and sales colleagues • Participate in factory training courses

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in field service engineering • Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and SAP • Excellent command of English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
