📋 Description

• Lead the growth and development of the Technology Market Sector within BC's Private Sector Business Unit • Define objectives, decision-making processes, schedules, budgets and success factors • Collaborate and prepare detailed scopes of work and project schedules • Develop and collaborate on project budgets • Monitor profitability through routine earned value analysis and compliance • Build successful relationships with clients and monitor client satisfaction • Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members

🎯 Requirements

• Typically a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience managing mid-size to large projects • Proven ability in project planning and management, including budget, risk, contract, change and quality management and safety leadership • Advanced understanding of quality and change management tools, techniques and processes • Comprehensive understanding of contract management and client service • Strong business acumen and ability to align project outcomes with business goals • Strong client contacts and client-friendly manner • Strategic, open-minded thinker • Ability to lead cross functional teams and deliver for clients
