📋 Description
• Frontline troubleshooting of issues for our entire customer base • Fluently communicate with customers to uncover and assist in solving issues • Contribute FAQ’s to our knowledge base • Capturing and reporting of bugs to the engineering team • Own first line communication with our users providing a great experience • Provide live demonstrations and tutorials to users
🎯 Requirements
• Have worked with HTML or another similar programming language • Ability to have a minimum 4 hour overlap with the PST timezone • High proficiency in English both spoken and written • Ability to work cross functionally with multiple ongoing deadlines • Experience working with ticketing platforms • Experience with Regex and Xpath • Have worked with Javascript JQ, or have relevant front end web development experience • Prior experience with web scraping tools • Experience with Intercom and Notion a plus
