📋 Description

• Establish and manage U.S. accounting operations for the newly formed entity • Handle revenue accounting for new and existing customers • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements • Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations • Collaborate with the global finance team to align U.S. operations • Implement and optimize accounting systems tailored to U.S. business needs • Provide expert financial analysis to support U.S. growth initiatives • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in U.S. accounting practices (MUST HAVE) • Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting (MUST HAVE) • Strong operational output, ideally at an executive level in accounting • Proven expertise in revenue recognition principles • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication abilities to explain complex financial concepts • Experience in setting up accounting processes for new business entities preferred
