• Manage client AP inboxes (bills, payment requests, vendor communications). • Execute bill payments through Float Financial, Plooto, or direct banking systems. • Accurately code expenses to the correct GL accounts with proper GST/HST/PST handling. • Perform bookkeeping tasks: data entry, reconciliations, expense categorization, and month-end prep. • Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to ensure accurate and timely closes. • Maintain clean documentation and help design more automated workflows as systems mature • Communicate proactively with clients and vendors via email and internal tools (no client meetings required).

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in bookkeeping and/or accounts payable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Float Financial. • Solid understanding of Canadian accounting practices, including GST/HST/PST and cross-border expenses (preferred) • Proven accuracy in transaction coding and reconciliation. • Excellent written communication; organized, dependable, and self-directed. • Tech-forward mindset with interest in automation and AI tools.
