📋 Description

• Conduct third-party assessments of Information Security and associated management systems according to BSI requirements and ISO/IEC standards • Evaluate technical, organisational, and procedural information security controls • Determine control effectiveness and alignment with risk management objectives • Communicate assessment outcomes and required corrective actions to clients • Recommend issuance, continuation, suspension, or withdrawal of certificates • Build trusted relationships with CISOs, Data Protection Officers, IT leadership, and operational management • Help clients understand how security, governance, risk, and compliance improvements strengthen resilience and performance • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and support business development through value-added insights • Produce comprehensive business reports containing findings and actionable recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable third-party audit or assurance experience • Minimum two years of industry experience in Information Security, IT governance, risk management, data protection, cybersecurity, or related technical environments • Strong knowledge of management system frameworks, particularly ISO/IEC 27001 and related security standards • Ability to interpret cloud, network, application, and data-flow environments and map them to management system and risk requirements • Experience producing detailed, high-quality reports explaining complex issues clearly • Sector-specific security qualifications or recognised industry credentials are desirable, including CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor • Experience in Data Protection, such as GDPR or ISO/IEC 27701, is desirable • Knowledge of cloud security frameworks or controls, such as ISO/IEC 27017/27018 or CSA CCM, is desirable • Awareness of Artificial Intelligence governance, risks, and ethical considerations is desirable • Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and emerging threat landscapes is desirable
