📋 Description
• Work closely with numerous industry sectors, helping organizations and individuals improve their performance • Provide structured training solutions delivered in both face-to-face and virtual classroom environments • Use accelerated learning techniques and proven online delivery approaches • Challenge creative ability to ensure clients’ development objectives are met or exceeded • Deliver best-in-class training solutions and act as ‘go-to’ subject matter expert to keep course material current and relevant
🎯 Requirements
• Practical industry experience in Medical Devices • Comprehensive knowledge of Medical Devices and associated directives and regulations • Demonstrable knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 • Experience in Training Needs Analysis • Experience in designing and delivering training solutions • Knowledge of the creation of technical files, process validation, and post-market surveillance and vigilance • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills • Demonstrable experience in business development management and B2B relationship growth is highly desirable
