📋 Description

• Develop and execute a Professional Development Strategy customised for the AI Technical (Operations) team within Regulatory Services • Ensure consistent delivery of an excellent professional development service to AI Technical Specialists, AI Scheme Managers and other AI technical colleagues where applicable • Assess training and development needs proactively based on legislation, regulations, standards, competence monitoring, audits, CPD requirements, customer feedback, performance reviews, competence verification, business needs and prior training gaps • Create, document, implement and maintain the Professional Development Strategy for the AI Technical and AI Notified Body teams • Review and align the Professional Development Strategy with AI Technical, AI Notified Body and Professional Development leadership • Highlight support required to execute the team-specific Professional Development Strategy • Develop and maintain training and competence strategies, plans and learning pathways • Oversee competence and workforce capability data to identify gaps in AI competence code coverage and capability needs • Work with leadership teams to develop and implement plans addressing low-coverage competence areas and future capability requirements • Support AI Technical and AI Notified Body teams with new starter onboarding, initial training and continuous professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant AI / software discipline • Work experience in AI software, AI-enabled products, quality systems, conformity assessment, certification or related industries • Good knowledge of AI regulatory compliance requirements • Experience delivering technical or regulatory training • Experience working with leadership teams to support competence development and workforce capability • Excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
