• Support oversight and implementation of Healthcare Anchor Network commitments and Dignity and Unity priorities • Drive governance, planning, and execution for Dignity and Unity leadership councils and steering committees • Manage Dignity and Unity programs, including Employee Resource Groups, leadership development, and engagement initiatives • Advise leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners on inclusion and equitable talent practices • Develop, analyze, and interpret workforce, culture, engagement, retention, and patient satisfaction metrics • Monitor industry trends and developments in inclusionary policies and practices to ensure compliance • Shape enterprise messaging and communications around Dignity and Unity priorities and inclusive leadership • Analyze Dignity and Unity Associate Experience Survey data and support strategic action plans • Guide culturally competent learning experiences and facilitate training for leaders, hiring managers, and associates • Build cross-functional partnerships and provide consulting, facilitation, and advisory support • Oversee analytics partnerships for dashboards, reports, and executive updates tracking strategic-plan progress and impact
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Customer Relations required • Minimum of six years of human resources and/or culture competency experience required • Minimum of six years of analytics experience required • At least three years of experience in a multi-state/multi-entity organization required • Ability to understand, interpret, and use data for programmatic decisions • Experience managing large-scale programs/projects with organization-wide impact • Ability to align and motivate stakeholders at all levels and work with multidisciplinary teams • Ability to plan, organize, and execute tactics supporting organization-wide strategy • Demonstrated ability to foster inclusive environments • Ability to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, functions, and organizational levels • Good public speaking and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills • Strategic and analytical thinking abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel by car to off-site locations occasionally
