📋 Description

• Supervise the assignment of duties to personnel assigned to engagements • Train personnel • Responsible for personnel scheduling, compliance, monitoring of time budgets • Motivate and assist staff in professional development • Assist Partners in practice development and management • Communicate Firm policies and technical information • Prepare and review returns • Conduct complex tax research

• Experienced Tax Managers are required • Supervise personnel assign­ments • Responsible for personnel scheduling and compliance with due dates • Motivate and assist staff in their professional development • Assist Partners in practice development and management • Assume full responsibility for large tax engagements • Communicate Firm policies and technical information to tax personnel • Prepare and review all types of returns • Conduct complex tax research
