🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within tech, crypto, or blockchain environments. •Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices, particularly in the tech and blockchain sectors. •Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels within a tech-driven environment. •Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market trends. •Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative landscape.
