• Assist in setting up new products, collections, and tags across multiple Shopify stores. • Update product images, descriptions, pricing, and meta fields with accuracy. • Support the team in ensuring consistent product information and branding across sites. • Run reports and export data using apps such as Matrixify or similar tools. • Help implement basic SEO updates (titles, alt text, and descriptions). • Update and publish website content including blog posts, banners, and promotional pages. • Tag and manage user-generated content using tools such as Foursixty. • Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure product visuals and information are aligned. • Perform data entry and quality checks in Excel, including cross-referencing product data with VLOOKUP. • Assist with inventory or pricing updates using Shopify apps and spreadsheets. • Support the maintenance of accurate records and reports for product and campaign performance. • Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc tasks as required. • Work closely with senior e-commerce team members to learn best practices in Shopify management. • Identify and suggest small process improvements in data accuracy, reporting, or site content. • Stay updated on Shopify features, apps, and workflow tools to improve productivity.
• 1–2 years of experience in Shopify administration, e-commerce, or digital operations. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content management. • Comfortable working with Excel (VLOOKUP, data validation) and web-based tools. • Proactive and eager to learn from senior team members in a collaborative environment. • Familiarity with Shopify apps such as Okendo, Foursixty, Klaviyo, or Matrixify (advantageous). • Experience with Airtable, Monday.com, or Canva is a plus. • A self-starter with good time management skills and a keen eye for organization.
