• Define and drive the strategy, process, and execution of our project management function • Own Project Success and Health • Deep Project Inspection & Accountability • Cultivate Subject Matter Expertise • Manage and Coach for Accountability • Strategic Execution & Goal Alignment • Performance Management & Reporting • Process and Infrastructure Optimization • Complex Project Oversight • Change Management & Integration

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management • At least 5 years in a leadership or management role • Ideally in a B2B SaaS environment • Proven track record of using data to improve project outcomes • Experience leading project teams in the implementation of complex, multi-product enterprise software solutions • Customer-centric leader with experience building processes that increase CSAT scores • Experience building and managing project management tools and dashboards
