📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality psychological therapy focused on safety, outcomes, and recovery • Complete assessments and formulations to guide appropriate care pathways • Provide therapy by telephone or video according to client preference • Manage a caseload within agreed session limits and individual treatment goals • Work across short-term therapy, wellbeing support, and coaching models • Offer one-off assessments and clear referral recommendations • Signpost or refer clients to other services where appropriate • Contribute to remotely delivered group psychoeducation and mental wellbeing workshops • Work closely with Clinical Leads and the wider Talking Therapies team • Participate in individual and group clinical supervision and team meetings • Share ideas to improve client experience and service quality • Support adults with a wide range of mental health needs through evidence-based care

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, accredited by the British Psychological Society • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) • At least one year of post-qualification experience • Experience working with adult mental health presentations • Confidence managing your own caseload and working to outcomes • Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication • Strong clinical judgement and evidence-based practice • Confidence using digital systems and electronic records • Ability to plan and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment • A collaborative, supportive team approach • Must be based in and working from within the UK at all times • Full-time attendance at the mandatory 7-day induction programme • Availability for Monday-to-Friday shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, including at least one late shift from 11:30 to 20:00 • Desirable: training in additional therapeutic models or specialist areas • Desirable: experience working in corporate or organisational settings • Desirable: strong leadership or mentoring experience
