📋 Description

• Providing high intensity CBT sessions on a 1-2-1 basis • Treating clients referred from insurance business who need support with mental health and wellbeing • Being a first point of clinical contact for people with potential mental health issues and concerns • Providing high quality, effective and safe mental wellbeing service across agreed sectors of care via MS Teams • Delivering comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention • Ensuring thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client • Providing different models of service delivery including telephone or video consultation, depending on client preference • Adhering to Bupa’s case management processes and working collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team • Working towards therapeutic recovery goals while adhering to sessional limits depending on client’s monetary allowance as determined by their Private Medical Insurance

🎯 Requirements

• Full BABCP accreditation • Experience in a similar role providing high intensity CBT interventions and managing own caseload • IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic medical record systems • Diverse and varied clinical experience to draw upon • Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops also preferred • Right to work in the UK
