📋 Description

• Provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions • Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based interventions • Determine the most appropriate pathway of care and support for each client • Provide telephone or video consultations according to client preference • Treat clients referred from Bupa’s insurance business for mental health and wellbeing support • Serve as the first point of clinical contact for people with potential mental health issues and concerns • Deliver a high-quality, effective and safe mental wellbeing service via MS Teams across agreed sectors of care • Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes • Collaborate with Clinical Leads and the wider therapy team • Adhere to sessional limits determined by clients’ Private Medical Insurance allowances • Work towards therapeutic recovery goals • Work operational shifts Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 20:00, including at least one late shift from 11:30 to 20:00 • Complete five appointments per day

🎯 Requirements

• Full Accreditation with British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) • Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity), BABCP accredited • At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience providing high intensity CBT interventions with clients who have a range of presentations • IT skills, including proficiency using Microsoft Systems and electronic medical record systems • Diverse and varied clinical experience • Right to work in the UK • Must be based in and working from within the UK at all times • Minimum commitment of 3 days per week / 24 hours for part-time employment • Mandatory full-time attendance at the 7-day induction programme • Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops preferred
