📋 Description

• Provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions demonstrating excellent clinical outcomes • Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention • Determine the most appropriate pathway of care and support for each client through thorough assessment • Provide telephone or video consultations depending on client preference • Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes • Collaborate with Clinical Leads and the wider therapy team • Adhere to sessional limits based on the client’s Private Medical Insurance monetary allowance • Work toward therapeutic recovery goals • Provide high-intensity one-to-one CBT sessions for clients referred from Bupa’s insurance business • Serve as a first point of clinical contact for people with potential mental health issues and concerns • Deliver a high-quality, effective and safe mental wellbeing service via MS Teams

🎯 Requirements

• Full accreditation with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) • Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity), BABCP accredited • At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience providing high-intensity CBT interventions • Experience working with clients presenting with a range of conditions • IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft systems and electronic medical record systems • Diverse and varied clinical experience • Right to work in the UK • Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops preferred • Availability for a minimum of 3 days per week / 24 hours for part-time work • Ability to work shifts between 09:00 and 20:00, including at least one late shift from 11:30 to 20:00 • Ability to deliver five appointments each day
