📋 Description

• Shape how legal knowledge is captured, shared, and applied across the English Real Estate practice • Help lawyers deliver exceptional service on complex and high-value real estate matters • Work closely with English Real Estate partners, fee earners, and fellow Knowledge & Development Lawyers • Lead training across the team • Keep lawyers informed of key legal and market developments • Provide guidance on complex queries • Create and maintain practical knowledge resources • Promote knowledge sharing • Explore new technology to enhance client service and keep the practice ahead

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced English commercial real estate lawyer • At least 8 years' post-qualification experience • First-class knowledge of a broad range of English commercial real estate law • Strong understanding of legal practice and the client perspective • Highly organised and proactive • Comfortable working independently • Ability to drive initiatives and embrace improvement and change • Ability to build strong relationships across the team • Engaging communicator confident presenting to groups • Genuine enthusiasm for learning and innovation
