📋 Description

• Skilled in asking questions and getting into deep discussion with subject matter experts. • Strong ability to gather and document UX requirements in the form of process maps, user journey maps, interaction requirements and other deliverables. • Solid understanding of user experience design principles with the ability to address complex design problems and provide sound design solutions. • Responsible for design deliverables concepts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, design rationale, and specifications. • Craft user experiences, alongside key product stakeholders, with high-level models/diagrams of how the system needs to support the user experience requirements, detailed experience storyboards and customer journey maps, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. • May perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent practical experience. • 5 years of relevant industry experience. • Experience collaborating with a team of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout the design process; creating user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes. • Experience designing across multiple platforms (desktop web, mobile, chat, etc.). • A portfolio that demonstrates interaction design evolution to solve problems from low to high fidelity. Good understanding of how their work has impacted business results. • Ability to gain a deep understanding of a complex domain and interaction design intuitive solutions for challenging problems. • Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features, all with a user-centered design process. • Ability to identify edge cases, validation rules, accessibility (WCAG 2.2), and metrics (task completion, time-on-task, error rate)

🏖️ Benefits
