📋 Description

• Responsible for quantitative and qualitative analytics • Interact closely with EMEA and Global Commercial Analytics team • Responsible for market reports and sales performance tracking • Provide ad-hoc analysis and prepare presentations for management • Evaluate salesforce effectiveness and field execution efficiency • Administer sales team incentive compensation program • Act as local expert for CRM and reporting systems • Ensure local adherence to global definitions • Participate in competitive intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required • MBA and/or post graduate preferred • 7-10 years of industry experience • Indirect influence
