• Lead the Medical Affairs organization for Germany • Ensure compliance with German, regional, and corporate directives • Foster effective cross-functional collaboration • Oversee alignment of medical strategy and business needs • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders • Provide executive oversight for promotional and non-promotional materials
• M.D. Physician / Scientist with significant experience in all aspects of clinical trials • 7+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or related industry experience in oncology • Solid peer relationships with external scientific and clinical experts • Familiarity with applicable rules and regulations of EU regulatory bodies • Fluency in English and German; any other major European language is an advantage
