📋 Description
• Oversees internal operations, supports the Americas Clinical Operations Head • Provides leadership in finance and resource management • Drives operational excellence, embeds innovation and continuous improvement • Measures organizational health and tracks progress towards goals • Represents the Americas Clinical Operations team in global/cross-functional projects
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline • 10+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry • Strong written and verbal communication skills • In depth knowledge of and experience with operational management • Strong problem-solving skills
