• Support BeOne Clinical and Medical assets through execution of Global Medical Affairs programs and Clinical Development strategy and deliverables • Develop and oversee gynecologic Global Medical Affairs plans and future solid tumor plans • Develop and execute data generation strategies, including investigator-initiated and real-world evidence programs • Represent Medical Affairs in early and clinical development meetings • Provide regional and global medical input to clinical development plans and trial design • Support disease and product-specific Clinical Development strategy within thoracic cancers • Lead disease-area publication strategy and review abstracts and manuscripts • Lead cross-functional disease-area advisory meetings • Interpret and present clinical trial data internally and externally • Partner with Health Economics and Outcomes Research on disease-area evidence generation studies • Train colleagues, CRO staff, and study-site staff on therapeutic areas, molecules, and clinical protocols • Conduct therapeutic-area/indication research and competitor analysis • Lead and execute advisory boards • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, institutions, and internal experts globally • Represent Global Medical Affairs in alliance partnerships when appropriate • Develop, track, execute, and report goals and objectives • Support budget planning and management • Ensure compliant business practices
• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or MD equivalent) with subspecialty training in oncology • Extensive experience in pharma/biotech in solid tumors • 8 plus years of experience within another biotech/pharmaceutical company • Clinical solid tumor oncology experience is mandatory • Previous experience in Clinical Development as a medical director or clinical scientist is strongly preferred • Expert understanding of global clinical study design and the drug development process from discovery to registration and post-marketing • High level of written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Knowledge of GCP and ICH Guidelines • Flexibility to work with colleagues in a global setting • Ability to travel for work approximately 25% • Strategic leadership experience building, managing, and developing individuals and teams is preferred • Experience developing and supporting related SOPs and policies • Knowledge of industry-standard Clinical Development IT solutions • Ability to influence and lead • Scientific communication, problem solving, risk mitigation, analytical thinking/data analysis, and financial excellence skills
