📋 Description

• Represent the company among external stakeholders and develop / execute the Corporate Affairs strategy in Germany • Strengthen reputation, stakeholder relationships and patient-focused outcomes • Setting and executing the Corporate Affairs & Communications strategy for BeOne in Germany • Establishing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholder groups • Steering the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and programs • Lead a team of 3 in Government Relations, Communications, Patient Advocacy • Travel: up to 30% • Amplify patient’s voice and partnership with external stakeholders with the ultimate goal to enable patient access

🎯 Requirements

• Scientific education and/or experience in similar positions, • Degree in communications/PR or public health/policy or MBA (preferred but not essential) • 12+ years of qualified work experience in Corporate Affairs roles, • Very good knowledge about the legal framework of the health care system and applicable regulations for working together • High level of social and oral/written communication skills • Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment • High social competence and capacity for teamwork • Highly motivated, solution oriented and a positive attitude • Success-, service-, and commercial-oriented thinking and working • Excellent communication skills • Confident manner, good stakeholder acceptance due to communicative, health care system, medical and scientific expertise • Hands on in operations and setting strategy • Fluent in German and English.
