📋 Description

• Collaborate with Clinical Development functions to understand scientific strategy and unmet technology needs • Define and own a multi-year Digital & Technology Roadmap • Translate complex scientific needs into clear technology requirements • Oversee the end-to-end process for technology systems specific to Development functions • Utilize subject matter expertise to provide guidance on ML/AI/genAI • Lead change management programs for externally developed systems & platforms • Manage technology portfolio budget and ensure compliance with industry regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in data, digital & information technology for Clinical Development in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and/or Medical Device industries • 7+ years of proven leadership experience at a senior level, directing a team • 7+ years combined experience in design, deployment, & support of Clinical Development function focused digital transformation • Strong experience in ML/AI/genAI methods • Business relationship management skills and success as a change agent • Strong experience with software lifecycle methodologies and 21CFR Part 11 compliance • Bachelor's degree or above • Proficient in various project management disciplines (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
