📋 Description

• Plan, prepare, and teach online 45-minute lessons for corporate clients • Deliver private 1:1 lessons combining language teaching and personalised coaching • Conduct needs analyses and assess student levels • Create bespoke learning paths • Check student progress during lesson time and set clear goals • Teach online group classes focused on active learning and communication • Teach presentation skills, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication • Engage and teach students effectively • Complete a short onboarding course

🎯 Requirements

• C2 level of Italian • Valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or related university degrees • Experience in online teaching and providing 1:1 coaching or personalised learning support • B1 or above in English • Comfortable teaching presentation skills, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication • Excellent communication skills to engage and teach students • High-speed internet • Modern laptop or PC with microphone and camera • Must comply with local freelance/contractor regulations
