📋 Description

• Own the full arc of product creation, pioneering AI-accelerated workflows while keeping human creativity central • Report directly to the Head of Design with authority and visibility to shape integrated product teams • Drive substantial business outcomes balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints across hardware and software touchpoints • Lead discovery efforts including user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence • Establish success metrics that span the entire product experience • Partner with engineering, business, and executive teams to align on product and design direction; present concepts and rationale with confidence and clarity • Lead end-to-end design processes for major product features across web, mobile, and tablet experiences • Facilitate design sprints, workshops, and collaborative sessions that bring together diverse stakeholders • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure feasibility without compromising vision • Champion human-centered design while leveraging AI tools to accelerate and enhance design workflows • Maintain design standards and actively contribute to the design system to ensure consistency and quality • Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure product and design excellence • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of hybrid product design and product management experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple platforms • Deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and how they reshape product development workflows • Exceptional sense of ownership and care, combined with a high degree of agency • Fluency in modern design tools and prototyping methods • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication abilities • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring clarity to complex, undefined problems • Systems thinking approach to product ecosystems • Authorization to work in the US
