• Analyze and interpret data trends across Button’s platform • Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting • Deliver actionable insights to inform product strategy and drive platform growth • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks • Evaluate and refine analytical methodologies for data accuracy and better forecasting • Automate data workflows and reporting pipelines to scale analytics capabilities • Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate data insights into user and business impact
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within digital advertising, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or financial analytics • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, focusing on financial modeling, ad performance, campaign optimization, and revenue impact • Experience with large datasets and data visualization tools (Omni, Looker or similar BI tools) • Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with BigQuery or other cloud-based data warehouses preferred • Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments using Statsig • Understanding of financial metrics: revenue forecasting, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV) • Excellent communication skills to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
