📋 Description

• Administer Salesforce day to day, including user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and licence management • Configure Salesforce using declarative tools, including custom fields and objects, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and Flow • Build and maintain reports and dashboards • Gather requirements from sales, service, and marketing stakeholders and translate them into working configuration • Own data quality through deduplication, Data Loader imports and exports, and record maintenance • Install, configure, and support AppExchange packages and third-party tools connected to Salesforce • Manage releases through sandboxes, document changes for QA, and support user acceptance testing • Write and maintain Salesforce documentation • Train users and support adoption across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Administrator • 2 to 4 years as a Salesforce Administrator, with hands-on ownership of an org rather than only ticket support • Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Comfortable building and troubleshooting multi-step automation • Confident with Data Loader and cleaning and preparing data for import • Able to build reports and dashboards independently • Able to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and push back on problematic requests • Writes and maintains documentation • Must have UK work authorization; the company cannot sponsor this role • Nice to have: Salesforce Platform Administrator II certification • Nice to have: Experience in a business grown through acquisition, integrating multiple systems or orgs • Nice to have: Exposure to document generation or contract tools such as Conga • Nice to have: Experience supporting a business that sells through direct and partner channels • Nice to have: Experience working with an offshore or distributed development team
