📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Czech reading and typing is a must • Ideal candidate possess bachelor degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related capacity • Minimum diploma in business administration or business management with a keen and sharp eye for numbers • Preferably 2–4 years of customer service experience, trained in frontline operations (Livechat and Email) • Experience working in financial institutions or fintech is advantageous • Strong acumen and keen eye for numbers and statistics • Proficient in English and Czech in communication and writing • Passion to develop knowledge and a long-term career in fintech/crypto trading firms • Team player, committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to client assistance requests • Able to perform 5 days' shift work including weekends and Public Holidays (8am–5pm / 4pm–1am / 12am–9am)
