📋 Description

• As an SAP EWM Consultant II, you will be responsible for independently managing live support tickets and ensuring smooth post-Go-Live performance. • Own hypercare support tasks and resolve production issues • Troubleshoot and resolve high-volume support tickets • Perform detailed root cause analysis and apply fixes • Communicate with end-users and project stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of SAP EWM configuration experience • Strong problem-solving and SDLC knowledge • Self-motivated and independent work style • Excellent technical documentation and user communication skills • U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain clearance)
