📋 Description
• Lead hypercare initiatives post-Go-Live • Serve as an escalation point for complex support issues • Provide technical leadership to consultants 1 and 2 • Identify process improvements and guide system enhancements • Engage with client leadership and technical teams to ensure long-term success • Contribute to documentation and knowledge base development
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience (configuration + troubleshooting) • Deep knowledge of SAP logistics modules and SDLC • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience • Strategic thinking with strong execution skills • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences • U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain clearance)
