📋 Description

• Responsible for program-level financial analysis and reporting • Manage program cost control and management using cost baselines • Support revenue and profit recognition and forecasting • Support customer reporting and invoicing • Support monthly, quarterly, annual, and multi-year planning • Support monthly forecasting • Ensure program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations • Support program initial setup, including project codes, work breakdown structure, and billing setup • Serve as the single point of contact for the program manager on finance and accounting issues • Support development and updates of annual plans and forecasts • Monitor program requirements and cost performance against plans • Identify and quantify forecast risks and opportunities • Maintain contract budgets and validate contract billing • Validate and process subcontract, ODC, and travel invoices • Support monthly business rhythms of program and finance organizations • Perform financial analysis for ongoing program management • Develop accurate and timely monthly performance reports • Collaborate with contracts, subcontracts, HR, and other functional personnel • Comply with financial controls, procedures, system requirements, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure government and customer compliance

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of related work experience, including 2+ years of program control or financial management • MS Excel skills such as pivot tables, filters, SUMIFS, and VLOOKUPS to work with large data sets and perform analysis • Ability to work with multiple support functions, including contracts, procurement, and accounting • Good foundation of accounting principles, including cost collection, revenue recognition, Estimate at Complete (EAC) lifecycle, invoicing, and unbilled reconciliation • Strong organizational skills
