📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive audits of GA4 and GTM setups, identifying improvement opportunities and technical risks. • Plan and document the Measurement Plan (SDR – Solution Design Reference), mapping KPIs, events, and business parameters. • Define and validate the dataLayer in collaboration with Web and App (iOS and Android) development teams. • Design and oversee the implementation of tags and conversions for Web and App (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Firebase). • Perform technical testing and QA, ensuring data integrity and traceability in source code and SDKs. • Support the creation of dashboards and reports (GA4 Explorations) to monitor journey KPIs. • Lead trainings and enablement sessions with technical and business stakeholders. • Operate strategically, connecting measurement, media, and performance within an integrated data ecosystem. • Strong verbal and written communication, collaborative mindset, and focus on knowledge transfer.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Web and App). • Advanced knowledge of Firebase Analytics and mobile measurement (iOS/Android). • Technical understanding of dataLayer, parameters, custom dimensions, and custom events. • Experience with BigQuery and basic analytical data modeling. • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads). • Ability to create technical documentation and measurement plans. • Differentials: • Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Ads Measurement certifications. • Knowledge of Appsflyer, Amplitude, or other attribution platforms. • Experience with data architecture in GCP. • Experience in hybrid environments (production and staging) and agile methodologies.
