📋 Description

• Build, modify, and maintain mounting assemblies, hardware platforms, transmission devices, and remote radio units on towers, buildings, or alternative sites, supporting large-scale network upgrades • Install and service fiber optic cables, DC electrical lines, and RF transmission components • Support quality assurance and evaluation of new setups—may involve signal integrity, performance testing, and fiber diagnostics • Construct cable pathways, surface mounts, equipment bases, racks, and support structures (including overhead enclosures and interior/outdoor conduits) • Lay and secure utility routes, both underground and within facilities, for robust data and power connectivity • Continuously adhere to and advance safe climbing practices and job-site safety protocols • Collaborate closely within a small specialty crew, typically 3 to 4 team members • Contribute to a variety of project tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year working in wireless infrastructure, field installation, or related construction • Self-driven and able to take initiative with minimal direction • Active, unrestricted driver’s license; must qualify under company insurance criteria • Physically fit and prepared for high-exertion activities • Comfortable working outdoors in challenging climates—heat, cold, precipitation, and wind • Competent at following instructions, both written and spoken • Practice diligence with workplace policies and prioritize safety at all times • Communicate and work effectively with colleagues to maximize project outcomes
