📋 Description

‱ Provide direct operational support to clients, actively participating in the execution of tasks within the OPS department. ‱ Collaborate closely with internal teams and team members to understand client requirements. ‱ Meet clients, analyze their needs and coordinate with the Key Account Manager. ‱ Manage, update and create marketing campaigns. ‱ Actively use our software, staying up-to-date on functionalities. ‱ Serve as a proactive problem solver, addressing client concerns and internal challenges. ‱ Apply strong technical skills in software technologies and data file processing. ‱ Utilize CRM technology for effective documentation and workflow management. ‱ Lead the execution of operational tasks for a seamless client experience. ‱ Manage onboarding processes for new clients and provide hands-on support. ‱ Facilitate communication between clients and internal technical teams.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Proven experience in an account support role. ‱ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ‱ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ‱ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. ‱ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. ‱ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
