📋 Description

• Drive delivery of highly available online systems supporting assessment programs • Coordinate delivery across multiple integrated systems with cross-system dependencies • Scope and track development requirements for features and enhancements • Coordinate gap analysis between product capabilities and program/customer requirements • Own technical specification processes and documentation across online systems • Collaborate with program managers, clients, and technical managers to capture expectations and support successful delivery • Lead user acceptance testing of online systems • Triage and troubleshoot escalations and answer client inquiries about system behavior and capabilities • Make or oversee system configuration changes following production change-control processes • Lead risk management activities and mitigate identified risks • Own large-scale deliverables involving multiple applications, including planning, scheduling, impact analysis, and deployment • Maintain proactive contact with client program managers and client personnel • Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines • Facilitate requirements-gathering, peer review, and status meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience, or Master’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience • Strong analytical skills • Demonstrated aptitude to learn basic-level SQL • Ability to understand technical concepts, including data relationships, basic web application components and characteristics, and the software development lifecycle • Excellent documentation and communication skills • Strong team-oriented attitude • Proactive and detail-oriented nature • Familiarity with bug tracking software such as Jira is a plus
